3 ingredients honey cookies

A relative who is a beekeeper recently gifted me a couple jars of honey from his hive and I thought I’d tried using it in this incredibly easy 3 ingredients cookie recipe I recently found. Here’s the recipe (for 1 person): Step 1: mash one banana and mix with one tablespoon of honey (or veganFortsätt läsa ”3 ingredients honey cookies”

Grandma’s Dijon mustard and tomato pie

So, I just finished the second chapter of the second book of the crime series I’m working on. Since I think it’s important to celebrate the small victories, I made one of my favourite dishes: my grandmother’s Dijon mustard and tomato pie. Here’s the recipe: First, pre-bake a pie crust for 10 minutes at 200Fortsätt läsa ”Grandma’s Dijon mustard and tomato pie”

Mission failed successfully: avocado lime mousse dessert

On the day of Yule Eve, I was at my parents’ house, watching their cats while they’re visiting relatives out of the country. I am one of the few in my family who celebrates Yule (what we still call Christmas, here in Scandinavia) and with my friends celebrating with their own families, I was aFortsätt läsa ”Mission failed successfully: avocado lime mousse dessert”

How to make delicious tahini cookies

I’ve done very little hobby cooking in the last few months. The reason is that I now work in a kitchen and when I return home, I don’t want to step into another kitchen and do even more cooking. A little bit of writing

I didn’t do much writing today but it was enough to finish chapter 13. I had some ice cream to celebrate: My goal is to finish chapter 14 before the end of the month. I might have a minor surgery sometimes soon so I’m setting the bar low since I don’t know how I’ll beFortsätt läsa ”A little bit of writing”

Do rewards work to motivate writing?

One of the most common writing tips is to give yourself small rewards for reaching goals. For example, having a piece of candy every 100 words. The thing with writing tips, though, is that they rarely work for everybody. I’ve tried this and it didn’t work for me at all. I suspect it might beFortsätt läsa ”Do rewards work to motivate writing?”

My top 5 favourite things about Prague

Not much happening today. Just taking short walks in the city, buying the last souvenirs to gift family and getting some rest in preparation for the journey home tomorrow. I really loved being here but I’m also looking forward to returning to my own city and my own bed. As a last post on thisFortsätt läsa ”My top 5 favourite things about Prague”
